My recent experience at Illini Nissan was great. I had an unfortunate situation, and all the employees at Illini helped turn my day around and assisted me in purchasing a car that suited my wants and needs in a vehicle. They were kind, professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the help from Gary, Kim, and especially Eric. Eric and Kim even followed up with me to ensure I made it to my destination okay and to see if I had any questions regarding my new car. Great Nissan and great people working there!

I did not end up buying a car, I instead chose to keep my current one, but Efrem was a great salesman. He was super nice and worked really hard to understand my wants and needs and was overall a great guy.

Cars are hard to find these days and I was happy that Illini Nissan worked with me even though I was out of state and was flexible with their schedule as I arrived later than expected. I really appreciated the time they took after the purchase was done to go over all the features of the car with me.

Battery died and called to see if I could get my truck serviced. They were on the verge of closing but made time to put a new battery in and get me back on the road.

Hands down one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a dealership!!! Dave and everyone there went above and beyond!!! The best part about the whole experience… they all worked so well together! Everything went smooth and quick. I have had nothing but good experiences with buying and servicing vehicles here. This recent time I found a small scratch on my car that I am certain was not there prior to my service, but I have no proof that it happened there.

Had a piece of metal in my tire. Had to replace.

I came in for a oil change. Upon walking in Mindy greeted me by name which made me feel good. She’s always so friendly when i come in.

Not only do I feel I got a fair value for the work the work was done exceptionally well. I didn't realize how much the work needed to be done until it was, and greatly appreciate everything. I feel everything recommended was necessary. I was also beyond thrilled with the efforts to make sure my financing was correct even though Illini Nissan was not at all at fault for the situation. While I would have preferred to not involve them, the far far exceeded my expectations and won my loyalty as long as I am in the area.


I was very pleased with Dave Neef who helped me with the purchase of a 2021 Nissan Kicks. So polite & helpful through the entire process!! Rate him a 10 on a scale of 1-10 (the latter being the highest score). Also the sales manager, Garry Vaughn, was great too.

Lauren and Gary were amazing! After a lifetime of having a family dealership, car shopping was a new thing for us. Lauren was super informative, friendly, and not pushy at all. Gary gave us numbers right away for us to take to make our decision. We went back this evening, and were treated like family. The staff at Illini Nissan is genuine and welcoming. Zach, the salesman listened to what I was looking for. He found the exact color inside and out, with more amenities then I expected. My schedule changed the day i said i would pick up the car. The finance person stayed passed the closing time and made sure I understood all aspects of the purchase. Great experience.

I drove up from georgia and my ac compressor seized which caused the serpentine belt to be torn on saturday afternoon. Nissan Illini fixed it on Monday quickly to make me drive back home. Thanks guys for the quick service

I have been to a lot of service centers in my 59 years living in Urbana and I can say Illini Nissan is the friendliest and best service center I have taken my car into. I spoke to both servers reps and they were so nice and well informed.

Had a fantastic experience Dave Neef was awesome he showed us all the features on the car and explained everything to us he was. The finance department was also great they sat down and explained everything to me so I could understand what everything was. The entire dealership was awesome would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was very helpful in deciding between two vehicles and in arranging for everything to be ready when I returned to pick up the car. That part took about 3-4 minutes. I can't imagine how this could've been a better experience - including the great price!

David Neef is hands down the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered all of my questions and was very personable. I have dealt with Nissan for years Andy is the man sorry forgot his last name I met 2 ladies today just talking my car was block in so I was waiting patiently and we just started talking anywho I didnt catch the names one is a saleswoman and I think not sure but the other is a secretary I enjoyed my conversation with them so Nissan make you feel like family and we need that because the world is really crazy right now.

After looking at their inventory online, I came into the store and was almost immediately test-driving their Nissan Versa Note that had caught my eye on their website. They made the car-buying process very stress-free for me.
